The hotel was in a great location, although a bit far from the sea, offering spacious rooms suitable for families. The secured entrance hall was convenient, but the presence of another hotel nearby was puzzling. The service was friendly and efficient at check-in, making guests feel welcome. The dining options were satisfactory, despite some queuing for meals. The location was clean with ample sunbeds, but the steep hill may pose a challenge. Despite minor dining inconveniences, the facilities were overall enjoyable.

Our room in block 3 on the 4th floor was spacious enough for our family. The multiple lifts and bridge added an interesting touch to access it.

Despite some challenges, the staff was kind and helpful. Speaking to the Customer Experience Manager is recommended for any issues during the stay.
